Vorpal is the retro/obscure video game fanatic. He also has a cursory knowledge of Japanese, and can't stand it when English-speaking people make very common mistakes in Japanese, or have no idea why they think Japanese is so cool. (Don't get me wrong, Japanese is an awesome language, but not for the reasons most interweb geeks think it is . . .)
