Meditite is a Pokémon that engaged in daily yoga workouts and spends most of its time meditating to heighten its spiritual power, usually in mountains. They undertake rigorous mental training, but Meditite usually wind up losing their focus at some point during their meditations, which makes their training never end. Another aspect of Meditite's training is minimal eating, as it usually lives off of just one berry per day. They never skip their daily training sessions, and Meditite continue to improve their spiritual energies until they can levitate.
It evolves into Medicham at Level 37.
