Articuno' is the first of the original three legendary bird Pokémon.

Information

Articuno is a bird with powerful ice-based abilities. Its wings appear to be translucent and are said to be made of ice. It has control over ice and can chill the air with its wings, and thus causes snow to fall by flapping its wings. It can even create blizzards out of moisture in the air. Articuno is known to appear to doomed travellers who are lost in icy mountains. Like most legendary Pokémon, it's gender is a mystery and it is incapable of producing offspring.
