Boss Enemies
- Blaaz, Master of Fire
- Blaaz is the first boss of the game's bosses found in the Temple of Fire. A relatively simple battle, he will split apart into three small Blaazes, and Link must use the boomerang to fuse them together. However, the mini Blaazes must be combined in the proper order; they appear on the map screen with anywhere between one and three horns, with one being the first to catch with the boomerang and three the last. Once fused, Link can hack away at Blaaz until he is destroyed. Defeating Blaaz will free Leaf, the Spirit of Power.
- Cyclok, Stirrer of Winds
- Cyclock is an Octorok-like creature that rides atop a tornado. He is the boss of the Temple of Wind, and is found at the peak of the tower. He will send out miniature tornadoes to attack Link. However, Link can knock Cyclok from his heavenly perch similar to Vaati by tossing bombs into the tornado so that they explode and knock down Cyclock. At this point Cyclock is stunned and vulnerable to attack. After being destroyed, he leaves behind Neri, the Spirit of Wisdom.
- Crayk, Bane of Courage
- Crayk is a giant hermit crab-like creature that is the boss of the Temple of Courage. The top screen shows Crayk's point of view throughout the points of the battle where he is invisible. Link must shoot an arrow into Crayk's face to stun him and make him temporarily turn visible, at which point the blue spheres around his shell must be struck. After they are all hit, Crayk's shell will shatter and he will lose his ability to turn invisible. Link then must distract Crayk and hit his vulnerable point, his tail, until he is destroyed. Destroying Crayk frees the missing piece of Ciela, the Spirit of Courage.
- Diabolical Cubus Sisters
- Reminiscent of Blind the Thief, the Cubus sisters masquerade as damsels in distress on the Ghost Ship, dispersed throughout the first several floors of the ship. They trick Link into "saving" them, and after all four were "rescued", they revealed their true forms and challenged Link to a game of death-volley (claiming Tetra had played the same game and lost). The game is similar to battles with Aganhim and Phantom Ganon in previous games in that they fire energy balls which can be deflected at them with Link's sword. The main difference from those battles is that this time there are four of them, and sometimes the energy ball will bounce back and forth between several of them before hitting one of them or flying back towards Link. Eventually all four are destroyed.
