Cyrus is the son of Caulder, owner of Intelligent Design Systems. However he does not approve of his fathers ambitions following the Meteor Crisis in Advance Wars: Days of Ruin.

- Cyrus is one of the few COs (the others being Davis and The Beast) in the game who lacks a CO Power and CO Zone. As a result, he is not playable in any mode.
