Shrack of Neely
A mysterious Plot Device that has no determinable form. It morphs to fit the appearance of whatever its wielder designs. In effect, it is the least powerful of all the Plot Devices, but because it has the ability to enforce 'plot coherency', it can render other plot devices powerless. It's true origin is that it is in fact the former weapon of Mr. Neely and later his personal prison due to the black hole that existed inside of it.
It was destroyed in the previous universe and forgotten, but was brought back in (and only in) the Good Timeline of the next universe thanks to Murasame's time traveling shenanigans, where it fell into the hands of Arab Dude. It features heavily in Gamehiker Member OG X: The Shrack of Neely as the titular item of the story. It is mostly used by Retro who became quite proficient with it until it was taken by Mr. Neely after he was freed from his prison.
