Uraguay is the original Lord Emperor of the Ushutarians. He is a hideous, bloated purple creature that demands timely pizza delivery.

Lord Emperor of the Ushutarians, Uraguay one day decided to order a pizza from the only planet in the universe with the technology capable to creating such a dish. This particular pizza parlor had a thirty minutes or less delivery service. When the pizza failed to deliver the pizza in an entirely different galaxy in less than thirty minutes, Uraguay ordered the invasion and destruction of Earth. Due to being constantly hounded by the Gamehikers, he struck an alliance with Murasame and his apprentice Luigi of the Pipes.
He was ultimately defeated and killed when his space station was destroyed, despite his attempts to persuade Mario Jr. to join him.
