Background

Frzlngd was a loyal soldier who, after losing his arm in the Vietnam War, his arm was replaced by a living prosthetic duck. This he became known as "Duck-Hand" Frzlngd, and over the years he developed a love-hate relationship with his duck hand, which he has named Susie. Over the years Frzlngd became the super-strict head of the World Navy, and he was one of the earliest enemies of the Golden Cheesecake Pirate Armada. Probably the most often-appearing of the GCPA's rogues, Frzlngd has never ended his crusade against the pirates.

Frzlngd was featured in A Very Frzlngd Christmas, in which he finally saw the errors of his ways and reformed, even after he had finally captured the pirates he hated. Of course that story is non-canon.

Abilities

Over the years Frzlngd has mastered control of his duck hand, making it more an improvement than a handicap. He can impale people on the duck bill, and the duck can even spit lasers. Frzlngd also is gifted with a cunning military mind.

Captain Duck-Hand Frzlngd is a parody of Captain Axe-Hand Morgan, a minor villain from the One Piece manga who acted as an evil navy captain.
