Carracosta is a powerful turtle-like fossil Pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation games. It is the evolved form of Tirtouga.
Information[edit]
Tirtouga evolves into Carracosta at Level 37. They lived around a million years ago. Carracosta was capable of living both on sea and on land. A slap from Carracosta is strong enough open a hole in the bottom of a tanker. Its jaw is also so incredibly strong that it is capable of chewing up steel beams and rocks as well as their prey. Although Carracosta are apparently extinct, they can still be evolved from Tirtouga that have been revived from Cover Fossils.
