Vullaby is a small diapered vulture-like Pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation games. Its evolved form is Mandibuzz.

Information

Vullaby are young bird Pokémon that protect their posteriors using diapers constructed out of suitable bones that they find. Its wings are too tiny to allow it flight (although it can actually be taught Fly), so Vullaby usually pursue weak Pokémon. Vullaby discards its bones when the time of its evolution approaches. It evolves into Mandibuzz at Level 54.
