Dai San Gen are a set of triplets who are F-Zero pilots.

Background

The triplets Dai (in blue), San (in green), and Gen (in red) hail from the planet Shinar. They are each sixty-four years old, which is rather young for a species that live to be over twp hundred years old. However they are already fully grown, as their species never grow to be much larger than they already are. The trio never need to speak, as they are able to speak to each telepathically. As a result, the three can work together in complete synchronization due to their telepathic link. They are skilled in gymnastics and Mahjong.

They were gifted the Pink Spider by their uncle, a fan of gambling. Like Gomar & Shioh, they have been allowed to race together in one vehicle especially designed to host them. They have separated different tasks to one another, with Dai as the main pilot in charge of handling, San overseeing navigation, and Gen handling acceleration and braking. They aim to win at least three trophies, so each one of them will be able to hold one.

The Pink Spider was designed by their uncle, Professor Tsumo. It was designed to take advantage of their telepathic connection and features three distinct cockpits, each equipped with emergency ejection seats. Each cockpit is setup for the task that each sibling excels at. The 'spider legs' design affords the machine excellent grip capabilities, though its body and speed are only average.

Trivia

• San is the only female of the three.
• Although introduced in F-Zero AX, they can be unlocked in F-Zero GX by beating Chapter 7 in Story Mode on Very Hard difficulty.
