In Pokémon: Silver, Crystal and SoulSilver, Ledian could be rarely found at Route 2 (being slightly more common in SoulSilver). In Crystal, they also appeared at Route 37, while in SoulSilver they could also be found by headbutting trees at Viridian Forest.
