Weavile is a predatory weasel-like Pokémon that was introduced in the fourth generation games. It was created as a new evolved form for the second generation Pokémon Sneasel, which previously had no evolutionary line.
Information
A Weavile will evolve from a Sneasel that levels up at night while holding a Razor Claw. Weavile primarily live in cold regions, where they form groups of four or five that hunt prey with impressive coordination. They send signals to each other by carving odd patterns in frost-covered trees and ice. Evolution is also said to have made Weavile more devious.
Appearances
Mainstream Games
Weavile has not been found in the wild and can only be obtained by evolving a Sneasel.
