Background[edit]

Blue Moon's little rich boy and youngest CO. His older sister, Sasha, is also a Blue Moon CO. Like her, he was the heir to an immense fortune (which he uses to his advantage in battles). He greatly admires both Olaf and Grit. However, he is a little insecure in his position of CO. He is more used to being controlled (especially by his dominating older sister).

He first saw action during Sturm's invasion of Macro Land. Although Grit and Olaf took control of most battlefields, Colin ended up being put on the lines in defending a few areas. Although his units were cheap and thus weaker, the money advantage made him a formidable CO. When Omega Land was endangered, he traveled with his sister to join up with and assist the Orange Star army and helped to defeat Black Hole.

Gameplay[edit]

Colin specializes in discounted units. He pays 80% of the cost of the unit, but as a result it is only 90% as powerful as a standard unit. His CO Powers involve either getting more money or using money to become powerful, making it easy for Colin to flood maps with high-tier units early on.

  • Gold Rush - Colin's regular CO Power, increases his cash reserve by fifty percent. At only two stars, it is very easy to charge.
  • Power of Money - Colin's Super CO Power, increases unit power multiplied by the amount of cash he has (the formula is unknown).

Trivia[edit]

  • In Advance Wars 2, where his power increased by 1% for every 300G during Power of Money, Colin could effectively overpower any other unit in the game.
