Diglett is a small Mole Pokémon appearing in the Pokémon games.
Information
Diglett is a mysterious Pokémon. As only its head is ever seen protruding form the ground, its true size remains unknown. Diglett live about one yard underground, where it feeds on plant and tree roots. Sometimes Diglett prefer to appear above ground or to appear in caves. However, they usually prefer dark places as exposure to light will heat up a Diglett's blood and cause it to grow weak. Diglett are easy to track due to the raised earth that they leave behind, as they usually burrow through the ground at a shallow depth.
They have tough skin, and when they burrow through fields they leave the soil perfectly tilled for planting crops. Because of this, Diglett are often raised in farms to help in making the soil there fertile for planting vegetables. Diglett will evolve into Dugtrio at Level 26.
