The newest recruit to the Galaxy Mobile Platoon, Lucy was the youngest member next to Jack Levin. As a long time fan of the F-Zero races she had quite a bit of knowledge about the machines. In particular she was quite knowledgeable in the mechanics of the machines, due to he fact she was apprenticed by Dr. Clash. She ended up racing after Rick Wheeler rescued her from a gang in Port Town. Though she's sweet and innocent-looking, sometimes it's best to stay our her way.

• To unlock in F-Zero GP Legend, beat Story Mode with Rick Wheeler or Captain Falcon.
• To unlock in F-Zero Climax, complete bronze cup in standard difficulty.

Luna Ryder

Moon Shadow

Known as "Miss Killer" in the Japanese version, Luna is the right hand woman for Black Shadow and works as his spy. However her true identity is Misaki Haruka and was Rick's girlfriend in the year 2051 that was supposedly killed by Zoda. Like Rick, she was kept in suspended animation until she was revived by Black Shadow.

• To unlock in F-Zero GP Legend, complete C-Class in the Zero Test.
• To unlock in F-Zero Climax, complete silver cup on expert difficulty.

An energetic young boy with an extensive knowledge in technology. He was previously not allowed to race, but received the Dragon Bird after Rick became the new Captain Falcon. He has modified the Dragon Bird since and uses the robot Tech to help him pilot it.

• To unlock in F-Zero Climax, get 1st place overall in Gold Cup on Master difficulty.

Berserker

After Bart Lemming (the alias of Captain Falcon in the GP Legend series) passes on the mantle of Captain Falcon to Rick Wheeler, he adopts the new alias Berserker.
