Lupus is an embodiment of awesome who primarily appears as the main villain of the Member OG series as well as a supporting character/one-and-off villain in the Gamehiker Member OG series. He is a twisted Australian later revealed to be of cosmic origins. As his own words state, he lives for the soul purpose of poisoning OGs and turning them crazy.

Background[edit]

Pre-Lupus History[edit]

Lupus originally was Saphnit, a power-creating prism, one of several living jewel spirits created by unknown forces. Saphnit was created within Anti-Space and at first wandered the universe in search of enlightenment. He later met with a kindred spirit in the form of his R-Space counterpart, Sophnit, at the Gap Between Dimensions. They conversed with each other and quickly became best friends due to their common interests.

The beings of Zoom later came to Saphnit and Sophnit, appointing them as guardians of Zoom's gate. This apparently was the true purpose for the twin jewels. They were both granted great power in order to protect Zoom from intruders. Sophnit had chosen the power of cheese, but Saphnit had scoffed at this and choose instead to receive the power of domination. Over the centuries, Saphnit became overrun by a desire for domination. This caused him to use his powers to create his own race of creatures called incorporals, whom he used to stage an all-out invasion aiming first at his best friend Sophnit's home of R-Space.

Sophnit was ultimately able to defeat Saphnit and stop his mad ambitions. He did so by using his own powers to imprison the incorporals within cheddarnite and defeat Saphnit. Saphnit survived this brutal defeat and crash-landed onto R-Space's Earth, landing in a mine located in the land of Australia, where shadows lie. However, Saphnit was trapped within his natural form of a prism (and had been stripped of the powers granted to him by the Zoomians), and his mind had been damaged severely from the defeat. This caused him to become psychotic and deranged. He only had vague memories of his previous life, particularly of Zoom and the power of cheese (which had caused his great defeat in the first place). So he began devising a way to both seek Zoom so he may become a god, and to become a master of cheese.

EVIL Scientist Dude discovered Saphnit within said Australian mines while researching for the creation of GORE-ILLA and freed him. Afterwards, Saphnit created his own body and removed the four body parts that were the least important to him- his bladder, his left lung, a chicken bone that somehow got stuck there and a spleen. He turned them into the Saphnit jewels, which he considered to be his children.

As Lupus[edit]

Saphnit became known as Lupus the Turk, a powerhungry criminal mastermind who was associated with several criminal organizations. He was the co-founder of the TWIFATIT organization, founded to spread the flat Earth theory; He represented Japan in the United Nations and maked up one-third of its offspring troublemaker coup, the Triumvirate of Awesome (also known as the Three Musketeers of Buffoonery to lowly VGFers).

Timeline History[edit]

Good Timeline[edit]

Lupus appeared as a minor character in the Gamehiker Member OG series, but he did play a large role in the first installment. Golem had stolen Yami Yoshi's cheesecake instead of Lupus. Lupus teamed up with the heroes and aided them until they found the cheesecake. Afterwards he stole the cheesecake and retreated to a Flying Death Fortress. A Nuclear Egg than fused him with all the cheesecake to turn him into Lupus the Caykor, also known as Caykzor the Turk. The Gamehikers were able to successfully defeat Lupus and restore him to normal.

Lupus later appeared in GMOG's various sequels. He and Fred spent the series alternating between following the heroes and betraying them. He did have a moment in the sun in Gamehiker Member OG VIII: The Final Parody, when he received a present from his Bad Timeline counterpart, in the form of an Instant Cheese Star. Lupus used it to wreak havoc for a good couple of paragraphs until the Donkeyman destroyed it with a kamikaze attack. His fate following Earth's destruction in 2065 (or if he was even still alive at the time) is still unknown.

At one point in Ultimate Galaxy Goers, a Lord Lupus of the Quesarian Sector was mentioned as being a powerful force. It is unknown how this Lupus relates to the original Lupus.

Bad Timeline[edit]

Lupus caused the inactivity of the Party Goers in this timeline. At first he posed as their friend and joined with them in order to liberate the Earth from Shane. But the Party Goers did not agree with his methods, which led him to steal their souls and turn their bodies into his mindless slaves.

Lupus became the main villain of the Member OG series. He was shown to be more threatening and powerful, with many minions such as Koopa, Diskun and later on the Robot Team, Team Monkey and Fred. In the original Member OG he executed a number of evil schemes that started with stealing Yami Yoshi's cheesecake: He accidentally destroyed the entire Western Hemisphere, took over Japan, awoke the three gods Qwirtzok, Chaos and King Bob, became a Cheese God, tortured Yami Yoshi, took over the world, planned to spread Sheitism to the people, and ultimately ate Yami Yoshi's cheesecake in front of him.

After he was "defatted" by Yami Yoshi, Lupus eventually died - or so he appeared. He had actually taken refuge in BanLand, where he was going to set his evil plans into motion. The OG Six rose to defeat him, however. Lupus morphed into a giant monstrous Mega-Lupus, but the OG Six was able to destroy him. In order to prevent Lupus from resurrected himself again, Yami Yoshi made a wish on the Holy Plot Device (Reverb) that bound Lupus to stay in Hell forever.

Lupus remained in Hell until Member OG 2: The Jewel Heist. Gamechamp had been empowered with the powerful Sephnito ruby, and Lupus had convinced Gamechamp to restore him to life. Gamechamp soon betrayed Lupus and killed him, but since Gamechamp had overruled the wish that had bound Lupus to hell, Lupus was able to resurrect himself. Lupus soon revealed himself, successfully defeated the OG Six, their comrades and the Robot Team on the planet Mystery. In Member OG 3: Subtitle Soon!, Lupus wreaked havoc in Japan with Kamek and Lemonjello early in the OG, then deployed Fred to steal the Cheese Star plans from Guam.

Lupus then sought to prevent GORE-ILLA from discovering his past in Member OG 4: GORE-ILLA's Quest. At one point he founded the Anti-OG Six in Hell with a group of fellow villains. Lupus then slipped into the background for the following OGs while overseeing the construction of two Cheese Stars. He did have time to pull off some antics in space with the Anti-OG Six and sabotage the MPVP in Member OG 6: VGF Moon, although a Failed Lupus Clone appeared as a major villain of Member OG 7: Neogenesis.

The real Lupus returned in Member OG 8: This Title is irrelevant with his newly-operation Cheese Stars. But instead of utilizing them, Lupus spent his time trekking Earth and destroying other sidevillains while searching for the Pearls of Mystery. After finding them, he used these pearls to power the Limitless Drive, which fused all the different dimensions together and made the world flat. Then he tried seeking an artifact that would give him the powers of Mr. T, but he was defatted by Yami Yoshi. However, Lupus got the last laugh by using some special device to turn Member OG 9 into "a non-canonical humourfest". But the plan failed when Member OG 9 became very canonical and only about 80 percent humorous.

Then in Member OG 10: Full Circle, Lupus defended Weisheit Manor against invaders seeking the bodies of the Party Goers, as well as the OGers who came looking for one of the four special stones which he possessed (believing it was the Left Kidney of Weisheit). Lupus turned the entire continent of Australia into a Giant Fighting Weisheit Australia Robot. Lupus later followed the OGers to Mystery, but he apparantly died after Chizu used Yami Yoshi's corpse as a cheese vaccuum to drain all the cheese from his body, effectively defatting him.

However, FrESD (a fusion of Fred and EVIL Scientist Dude) had a copy of his genetic makeup, and prepared to restore him. They must have succeeded, because Lupus was mentioned as being the new ruler of Europe in The OGers: Third Generation.

Neutral Timeline[edit]

Timeline information unknown.

Alternate Universes/Other Versions[edit]

  • Lupus has appeared as an employee of Nichibutsu in all three branches - Japan, America and Norwegia.
  • Lupus was a member of the group in Oregon Goers. He was also enlisted in the group in Oregon Goers II: Australia Bound due to being a native of Australia, so he could help to guide them there.
  • Lupus also appears in Gamehiker High University as a school drop-out who still hangs out around the school, and constantly pressures Yami Yoshi to do so as well.
  • In June 2006, Fred posted in various dead OGs as a prank. Basically all of those posts involved Lupus appearing in the story and usually killing everyone nearby. SOAP combined most of these posts, making them looking like most of these story, and posted them as a new OG called "Lupus the Turk".
  • He was one of the random Gamehiker members appearing in GalaxyHikers OG as a member of the GalaxyHikers Team and artillery expert.
  • In Lord of the Parties, Lupus is one of the Riders in Cartfriforce Omega. He has a rivalry with SteveT, a fellow enemy of the Party Goers who wasn't in the original Party Goers series.

Quotes[edit]

Gamechamp: L... L... LUPUS!

Lupus: In the flesh. The one and only. Other various statements that would work in this context.
-Lupus after returning from the dead, Member OG 2.

Lupus stands there saying nothing while playing checkers by himself.

Lupus: King me!
-Member OG 4

Lupus: Ah ah ah, first Lupusian rule is no talking.

Yddet: Looks like I'll have to crush you, then.

(Yddet pulls out hi-

Lupus: Nope. Sorry.

(Yddet-

Lupus: Listen, action bracket, you obviously aren't me and therefore you're not awesome enough to understand me, but you don't want to describe a loser like Yddet over there. Say something about me throwing a Cheese ray, or something cool like that. Polls say that interest in Lupus is 2000% up since last quarter, but I'm going fast, so they need to get me while limited supplies last. See my awesome list of ways to scam young children for details!
-Member OG 10: Full Circle.

"I just came here because I feel more comfortable being awesome in the air, for some reason. I also have the strangest fear of Volkswagons. It's uncanny. Enough tidbits about me. Set the controls for the heart of the sun."
-Gamehiker Member OG VIII
