Perfecty

Perfecty is a character in Member OG 11: Back who is said to and claims to have every power in the universe. Farmer Jon of 11verse is foiled to no end when he tries to get Perfecty to destroy Yami Yoshi after he escapes the dreaded Wood Shed, but Perfecty refuses to showcase his powers, claiming that he "doesn't feel like it". Jon becomes wise to his nature, and accuses him of not having any powers, but Perfecty adamantly refutes any such notion and refuses to showcase any proof of it.

Perfecty is an obvious parody of Fusion, in case you've been living out in the open and getting sunlight and meeting girls. It has been revealed that he is actually the reborn Fusion duplicate (technically original) that was vaporized for Project Fission, but he was reborn without any powers. However, his future self, Perfecty Fusion, taught him beforehand how to fake every power, as well as to take them. From Team Rocket Omega he has access to Project Fission and can also hunt down the surviving Fusion duplicate to take his powers (so that he could become Fusion Perfecty and then take Introbulus's powers).
