He really hated [[Swordmaster]], [[Yami Yoshi]], and anyone who'd associate with them. Well, officially Swordmaster but you could tell he wasn't getting power-thrills from Yami's styles. He really especially hated it when Swordmasteroonie called Mayor Talon "Don Talon", which implied that he didn't think the mayor was a freaking crook and didn't trust anyone or even ever open his eyes I guess. Chief Sigmund is a hard-as-nails gritty cop that fits every cliche about that sort of cop you could hope for.
Background
Became a cop.
Bad Timeline
He really hated Swordmaster, Yami Yoshi, and anyone who'd associate with them. Well, officially Swordmaster but you could tell he wasn't getting power-thrills from Yami's styles. He really especially hated it when Swordmasteroonie called Mayor Talon "Don Talon", which implied that he didn't think the mayor was a freaking crook and didn't trust anyone or even ever open his eyes I guess. He dressed all in black and so did his two cronies that did absoloutely nothing.
His power was using a cigarette to spew ridiculously huge flames which most attacks couldn't break through. However he wasn't notable in the least namely since two-thirds of the characters in the OG had at least a fire-based attack, and many had a fire affinity. He is eventually entirely forgotten and the "Swordmaster is a criminal in Talon city" arc was not even touched upon, really.

He appeared in Gamehiker Member OG X: The Shrack of Neely as the head of a special task force put together by President Ditto McCloaker to imprison dangerous criminals. His police force proved to be extremely adept at doing so, managing to arrest EVIL Scientist Dude and MPOM on their own and later on Murasame and his gang.
