SteveT is a heartless suit of armor constructed originally to be a Festivity Attender, but was kicked out for being heartless and cruel. Since then he's sworn vengeance on all people who attend festivities or things resembling festivities, such as parties.
Background
SteveT was commissioned by the illustrious Festivity Attenders (who are not based on the Party Goers at all, I swear) to replace their recently-expelled member, Louis LXIV. He was a huge suit of armor built by a Scottish Blacksmith and brought to life by the Festivity Attenders' magician, Wizzrobe. However, it quickly became apparent that animated suits of armor without hearts are not to be trusted. SteveT was prone to anger and violence, and considered no one an ally.
The Festivity Attenders decided to give him a heart and had the Scottish Smith build it. Wizzrobe de-animated SteveT, inserted the heart, and brought him back to life. He called this new version TeevC, who was a very friendly chap who loved everyone in a kind of creepy way.
The SteveT personality lived on in the shadows of TeevC's helmet, and eventually reasserted himself. He took over the armor's motor functions and tore out the clockwork heart. The TeevC personality is assumed dead.
SteveT then swore vengeance on the Festivity Attenders for their attempted murder and spent centuries hunting anyone who did so much as think about going to a party. In some circles, he is thought to have been the real Bubonic Plague.
In the Ennead, a man named Ironfist Stephano was to appear. Though he is not SteveT, he appears to have stolen SteveT's arms and wears them as gauntlets. When Ironfist died, SteveT probably took his arms back.
Eventually, he grew weary of the constant hunt and submitted himself as a museum exhibit. There he remained until he got bored and started causing trouble for festivities and all who attend them. He killed the family of Lucas Hanimar, because he reminded Steve of Louis of the Tubes (a Festivity Attender who was enlisted to replace SteveT after he was kicked out).
SteveT is the founder of the SteveTrio, a team consisting of himself, Straw Man and Lynel Liger.
Timeline History
Good Timeline
SteveT left the museum during the early twenty-first century and began his quest to hunt festivities. He has not yet actually unfurled any plans. He's simply out of practice. Instead, he spends his time trying to recruit minions and bump off any other villains he comes across (he believes that the only way he will finally become the main villain is to kill all the other villains).
In Gamehiker Member OG III, he was first found shrunken down in Masamune's stomach for some reason. He destroyed the Sarugerm that was infecting Masamune, only because he was tired of that plotline. He then ran off with Luigi of the Pipes and Ashley as his new minions, but they eventually left him. Steve, Straw Man and Lynel were last seen hijacking Masamune's ship near the end of the OG.
SteveT then murdered Luigi 64 in Gamehiker Member OG IV. However, no one listened to his repeated and proud confessions of this murder, and Straw Man began undergoing detective work to find the killer (ultimately tagging it on GORE-ILLA). He accompanied the Gamehikers until he decided to instead work for Don Cornmuffin. SteveT was lured away to face his old enemies, the RPers. However, Dark Ditto used maple syrup to brainwash SteveT into becoming an RPer, causing him to revise his origin until he was a human named Sir Steve. Luckily Steve and his companions were restored to normal after a cure was found.
He next appeared in Gamehiker Member OG VII, where he allied with the Gamehikers again in order to defeat Straw Man's sidekick rebellion. At the same time Steve conspired with Masamune and Vorpal to take over as the true villains, but these plans never came to fruition. SteveT later appeared in Gamehiker Member OG VIII, where he attacked the Donkeyman's party cruise in his usual party-crushing fury. Saphnitty, which contained Donkeyman's heart, was mistakenly placed inside SteveT by Mariorocks, giving him immense power. He assisted Yami Yoshi and EVIL Scientist Dude in destroying the Good Timeline, then extorted Donkeyman into taking him to the Bad Timeline, where he formed a new SteveTrio with Luiigii and Evil Zombie Phil with the intention of finding the Saphnit Jewel Spirits.
However, the Good Timeline was later restored with time being reset to prior to SteveT receiving Saphnitty. This time Donkeyman prevented Mariorocks from unwittingly placing Saphnitty within SteveT. However, SteveT was able to get revenge by stomping on Donkeyman's heart after Saphnitty was destroyed, killing the Donkeyman. SteveT then found that he inherited the Donkeyman's party cruise, his powers over the dead and his position as president of UPN (even though Donkeyman had lost that position at the end of Gamehiker Member OG Sidequest: ENGLAND???). SteveT changed the name of the Flying Canadiandude to the Lead Zeppelin and outlawed all parties on the cruise, although some factions threw underground raves. SteveT also had fun with his new powers, using them to constantly revive and kill Festivity Attenders.
In Gamehiker Member OG Christmas Special: Merry Christmas Straw Man!, SteveT was turned into TeevC again by Straw Man after he used the power of the Cheesecake of the Gods to control the story. Near the end of the story, Robert Stack was able to restore TeevC to SteveT, after which he pummeled Straw Man senseless and made him regurgitate the cake, thus losing his narrating powers.
He escaped Earth's destruction by the Ushutarians and three hundred years later, SteveT was wandering the cosmos in a spaceship version of the Lead Zeppelin. He also towed around an asteroid containing graves of the former Party Goers. His only reason for existence was to hunt down the last surviving Party Goer, the immortal Masamune. Steve even had a new SteveTrio, consisting of a new Straw Man and Felix.
In the first Galaxy Goers, he was able to convince Ashley to join his crew. He also engaged Masamune in an epic space battle, but it was ruined when Straw Man blew Masamune across the galaxy. SteveT knew Masamune was still alive, so he continued his search. At one point Straw Man mutinied by placing a heart in SteveT to make him TeevC again, but it was later removed.
Bad Timeline
When EVIL Scientist Dude began recruiting a new team of OGers, SteveT joined the group (not so) secretly plotting to kill them all when their guard is down. Part of his plan is to recruit Luiigii of the Pipes's daughter as a minion. Although he did not succeed in that, he wound up having a brief confrontation with Wizrobe. Infuriated by not being able to kill any major characters, he proceeded to slaughter GORE-ILLA and was about to make due with the rest of the new generation when SwordMaster held him off by dropping him into a cement pit.
Neutral Timeline
Steve decided to take a more peaceful path and set aside his qualms with festivities and all those who attend them. He joined the army, and was eventually given the important-sounding but hollowless title of Grande High General. Later, he was given Luiigii of the Pipe's job as Secretary of Homeland security until he disappeared in Indonesia. In fact, someone had painted a Campbell's soup label on his back and he was chased across the country by starving children for the next few years.
Quotes
"I hereby swear vengeance upon the Festivity Attenders and any organization that even remotely reminds me of them, regardless of whether the resemblence is actually there, because the Festivity Attenders were an original creation unlike any pre-existing groups of characters!"-Festivity Attenders Episode I
"It's just a steel wound!"-The OGers: Third Generation
Steve: Oh, that's it...I'm getting that sword, and this time...my wrath will be like the fury of 10 maelsroms!
Straw Man: So kind of like a hurricane, then?
Steve: Ten. Maelstroms.
"I'm just so sick of this, y'know? My first official villainous act on my own, and everyone thinks it wasn't me. And now I'm a minion. AGAIN! I'm not sure if I can really feel pain, being heartless, but this is about as close as it gets." -Gamehiker Member OG IV
