Background
Ashley is the daughter of Luiigii of the Pipes and Rebe Jade. She has been born in at least two of the alternate timelines. Several constants to her character include her romance with Masamune, and SteveT's constant attempts to recruit her as a minion.
Good Timeline
Inexplicably, an 8-year old Ashley appears prior to her birth in Gamehiker Member OG III: The Search for Splog, where she becomes Luiigii's apprentice during his stint as a villain. She also appears in Gamehiker Member OG IV: Cheesecake of the Gods before she decides to drop the anachronistic appearances and meet Luiigii when she was born.
And Ashley was eventually born. In the year 2030, Ashley began dating Masamune, much to the disapproval of her parents. When Straw Man used the Cheesecake of the Gods to alter reality in Gamehiker Member OG Holiday Special: Merry Christmas, Straw Man!, Ashley's history was also altered so that her parents were rich rulers. But Ashley became a pirate to get away from that stuff, and married the son of a hobo named Cobalt Blue.
But Masamune, unchanged by the Straw Man, tried to remind Ashley of her previous life. Ashley ultimately agreed to help Masamune in restoring the Earth, motivated by the recent murder of her father. After Straw Man threw up the cheesecake, Ashley accidentally swallowed it. She was tempted to continue living in the Straw Man's fantasy world with Cobalt, but she to chose to return to reality with Masamune.
Masamune and Ashley married sometime afterwards. In 2033, they gave birth to a son, named Dodo after Masamune's old sidekick. However, the marriage came to a tragic end when Ashley was sucked into a black hole that came from seemingly nowhere in 2037. Originally, the black hole spat her into outer space in the year 2133, where she died. but in Galaxy Goers, Masamune was able to save her by using a temporal transfer to bring her to the present time (2045). However, Ashley was frightened by this future and how everyone, even Masamune, seemed to have changed.
This led Ashley to join with SteveT's crew on the Lead Zeppelin, because she saw him as the only person who had not truly changed.
Bad Timeline
Because her father was never around (due to his soul constantly being stolen by Lupus), Ashley grew distant from her family. When Luiigii returned, she initially did not believe that he was her father. Ashley later grew to believe this, but still did not like Luiigii. In The OGers: Third Generation (2030), Ashley and her siblings were sent out to search for the missing Luiigii, much to Ashley's reluctance. She was accompanied by her "uncle", Slort.
Ashley had encounters with the Third Generation of OGers and the SteveTrio, but did not committ herself to joining either one. She did accompany the OGers for a while and there met with Masamune. She later learned that "Slort" was actually her father, whom had gone insane and turned into a goomba after witnessing a vision of Masamune and Ashley falling in love. This caused Ashley to reject Luiigii completely, and she later left the OGers to pursue Masamune as he proceeded towards his final conflict with Murasame.
