Boomer is one of the partners in Super Paper Mario, found in Chapter 2-1: Bogging to Merlee's. Boomer allows Mario and co. to set and detonate bombs, similar to the Bob-omb partners in previous Paper Mario games. Bombs can be used to attack enemies or blow open new paths.
Boomer is found in a box deep below Gloam Valley. After first freeing him, he asks a bunch of questions to see if Mario is worthy of being accompanied by him. Boomer can then be used to blast through bricks that are blocking the path through the valley.
Boomer's card can be found on the thirtieth floor of the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials. It is the third of nine Pixl cards to appear within. It can be sold for 168 coins.
