Manectric is an electric-maned dog-like Pokémon that was introduced in the third generation games. It is the evolved form of Electrike.
Information[edit]
Electrike evolves into Manectric at Level 26. It has a pointed mane through which it constantly discharges electricity. The mane collects electricity in the atmosphere and also creates thunderclouds above its head. Lightning usually falls in their vicinities, so it is believed that Manectric was actually born from lightning. They usually nest where lightning has fallen and rarely appear before people. Manectric's sparks sometimes start forest fires.
