Fleep is one of the partners in Super Paper Mario, found in Chapter 4-2: A Paper Emergency. Fleep allows Mario and co. to create a frame around an object and rotate it, similar to Mario's flipping ability. This causes tears in the space-time continuum that can generate objects (namely doors) out of thin air. Flipping enemies will make them dizzy.
