Fleep is one of the partners in Super Paper Mario, found in Chapter 4-2: A Paper Emergency. Fleep allows Mario and co. to create a frame around an object and rotate it, similar to Mario's flipping ability. This causes tears in the space-time continuum that can generate objects (namely doors) out of thin air or reveal items hidden behind the background. Flipping enemies will make them dizzy.

Mario and co. first encounter Fleep on Planet Blobule, where he has been stuck in an outhouse for several years waiting for toilet paper. After finding an ancient scroll that leads to a marvelous treasure for him, Fleep uses it to relieve himself and joins the crew afterwards. He is vital in finding doors within the Space Bypass.

Fleep's card can be found on the seventieth floor of the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials. It is the seventh of nine Pixl cards found within. It can be sold for 156 coins.
