Iggylybuff is the baby form of Jigglypuff that was introduced in the second generation Pokémon games.
Information
Igglybuff has a soft and bouncy body that has been noted to feel like a marshmallow. It becomes nearly impossible to stop when it begins bouncing around. It usually chooses to travel by bouncing as opposing to walking on its short and stubby legs. Igglybuff's vocal chords are not fully developed yet due to it being a baby, so it usually hurts its throat when it sings too much. It usually gargles water from a fresh stream. Igglybuff have been known to slowly turn pink when they sing with all their might.
Its body also emits a fragrance which calms the emotions of its foes. Igglybuff evolves into Jigglypuff when it levels up after reaching its maximum amount of happiness.
