Piccolo is an optional partner in Super Paper Mario, found in the locked house on the first floor of Flopside. Piccolo plays a tune that can destroy blocks with her picture on them and remove status effects that Mario and co. have contracted. The song is different for each of the four heroes.

Piccolo can be obtained at any time after completing Chapter 5. Visiting Merlee in Flopside will prompt a fetch quest to see Merluvlee, Bestovius, Watchitt, and Merlumina in that order, and then again in reverse. Once Merlee has received the item she requested, she gives Mario and co. a key to the locked house in Flopside where Piccolo is found.

Piccolo's card can be found on the first floor of the Flopside Outskirts. Near the seventh Heart Pillar is a wall that only Luigi can jump onto. While on this wall, Mario can switch to 3-D to find a path to the other side of the room where this chest is found. It can be sold for 120 coins.
