Blitzle is a speedy electrical zebra Pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation games. Its evolved form is Zebstrika.
Information[edit]
Blitzle are said to appear when there are thunderclouds in the sky. This is likely because they can catch lightning with their manes and store the electricity there. A Blitzle's mane shines when it discharges electricity. Blitzle have been known to use these flashing manes as a means of communicating with each other.
Blitzle evolves into Zebstrika at Level 27.
