Simisage is a grass monkey Pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation games. It is the evolved form of Pansage. Just as Pansage forms part of a trio of elemental monkeys, so does Simisage form part of a trio with their evolved forms, with the other two being Simisear and Simipour.

Information[edit]

Simisage evolves from Pansage when exposed to a Leaf Stone. It is an ill-tempered Pokémon that has a thorn-covered tail which it uses in fights. It swings this tail around wildly when it is angered. The leaf which grows on its hand is apparently very bitter.

Appearances[edit]

Mainstream Games[edit]

Simisage can only be obtained by evolving a Pansage.

Other Games[edit]

In Pokémon Rumble Blast, Simisage appeared at the forest areas of Echo Valley and World Axle's first basement floor.

Trivia[edit]

  • Its name is a combination of "simian" with "sage" (a type of plant).
