Kirby Star Allies is a platforming adventure game for the Nintendo Switch. It is the sixteenth game of the Kirby series and the first one to be released on the Switch.

Story[edit]

A dark crystal heart on the planet Jambastion has exploded into multiple smaller Jamba Hearts. As they land on Pop Star, various inhabitants such as King Dedede and Meta Knight end up getting possessed. Kirby is also hit by a heart, but it instead grants him the ability to convert enemies into allies. With this ability, he heads out to contend with the threats from Jambastion.
