I suspect he got his villaining license in America as it's so easy you just do one test and boom you have your V license. Crap villain is an awful villain with no backstory at all that steals Yami Yoshi's cheesecake from right under his nose for no reason whatsoever. I suspect he got his villaining license in America as it's so easy you just do one test and boom you have your V license. Wow I don't think that is spelled correctly.
