A tall, ridiculous looking man. He has long hair that covers most of his face, save for a long pointed nose which protrudes from beyond the curtian of black hair. He wears a loose shirt, but each arm is decorated with countless black feathers. Each foot is adorned with a boot with steel hooks on the end of the toe and heel to hook into ground or walls.
No one really knows where Lord Kantii came from. Stories about his various deeds are peppered across Europe, from rescuing a kind lady from thugs in London, to trashing a poultry factory in Beglium. There doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason to his actions, but he does certainly make life interesting...
