Background[edit]
Captain Rhymon Gorenicus Sly, the Gorilla Pirate and a big mamma's boy, is one of open sea's evilest rogues. With his pirate crew, composed of enslaved monkeys, Gorenicus has clashed with the Golden Cheesecake Pirate Armada various times and has developed a rivalry with Captain Monkeyman Scruffy in particular. He was the first of the GCPA's enemies in the The Golden Cheesecake Pirate Armada Prequel, back when the "crew" was just Scruffy and Que Pasa, riding a dinghy (which is appropriate, considering that Gorenicus was the main villain of the first GCPA story made as well). Even though he has been defeated time and time again, Gorenicus always comes back for more.
In the GCPA Sequel, a possible future was visited, where Gorenicus was shown to be alive as Mecha-Gorenicus. He made Skanky Siren and Mini-Myself into his slaves until his apparent demise, and Frenchie was his mechanic until she decided to join the pirates.
Abilities[edit]
An expert swordfighter who wields a traditional pirate scimitar. Gorenicus also has the natural strength of a gorilla, and he only gets stronger as he gets angrier.
Trivia[edit]
- Gorenicus is part of a name chain used by GORE-ILLA for his gorilla characters. First there was his original character, GORE. Then when making Member OG 7, he added a 'n' to the name to make a new gorilla character, Goren. Gorenicus's name is spun off from those two, but otherwise they are unrelated. From this name, Zimon Gorenicusto III was spun off (in turn inspiring Gorenicus's new first name of Rhymon).
