Party Goers 8 is the first of the Party Goers OGs to be completely lost in VGF's server crash. Afterwards, a reboot was attempted in the form of Party Goers 8: Parting is Such Surprising Sorrow, but it remains unfinished.
The fifth page of Party Goers 7: A Twist in Time implies that it continued from the previous storyline with various members of the group randomly turning evil as well as a quest to save the Party Goers 1 Golem from Team Rocket. The ending suggests the full title of this original OG was Party Goers 8: A Twist in Time Part 2, making it the second two-part Party Goers OG after Party Goers 4 and 5.
