Overview
A failed spin-off of the Party Goers series that served as a scavenger hunt. Its title and team system were inspired by the video game Sonic Heroes. Made it to about two pages before breathing its last.
Plot Summary
Many people have come to Party Planet in order to compete in a scavenger hunt-type competition involving grand treasures. The competing teams include:
- Team Isis- Isis, Rhyk and Rhykette. Golem is mentioned as having decided not to go.
- Team Nintenfreak- Nintenfreak, Big Al, Enthree and Ben Björni.
- Team WW- Wonder Wario, W.W. the Hedgehog and W.W. Man.
- Team Timnis- Timnis, his talking Skateboard and a Goomba.
- Team Flutter- Flutter and Fell, they are later joined by Rebecca Flutter.
- Team Antithesis- Antithesis, Big Bull, Wagolem, Fluutar and Cezzendre.
- Mr. Game and Watch- the video game character. Possibly Ditto McCloaker in disguise as an homage to then-recent strips of Vorpal's Party Goers comic.
There are also various characters not directly contributing to the events. Rival and Mol decide to follow the others in hopes of finding Moondo. Rival winds up joining up with Murasame, who reveals that he has his own evil plans involving the Party Planet competition. Elsewhere, Splog and Slort impulsively decide to become treasure hunters, and drag Luigi with them in search of the Super Mushroom of Buzzy's End. Masamune and Dodo beat them to it; they reveal that apparently the Super Mushroom is the second treasure in the scavenging hunt, as his plan is to skip ahead and collect all the future treasures. He convinces Luigi to accompany him.
