Will is a member of Kanto and Johto's Elite Four appearing in Pokémon: Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions. He specializes in Psychic-type Pokémon.
Background
Will claimed to have trained all around the world to make his psychic Pokémon powerful. This eventually led to him being accepted to the Elite Four, replacing Lorelei as the first member. He thought that he could only get better from there and did not consider losing to be an option. He is strangely adorned with a mask and formal clothing.
He was the first member of the Elite Four battled by Gold in Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold and SoulSilver. After being defeated, Will was shocked but decided to remain committed to his training until he was above all other trainers.

Will appears in Pokémon Stadium 2 as the first opponent of the Elite Four within the Johto Gym Leader's Castle. He uses Clefable, Kadabra, Exeggutor, Jynx, Xatu and Girafarig in R1, and in R2 he uses Hypno, Chansey, Electabuzz, Flareon, Xatu and Mantine.
He also appears as the ninth opponent in Pokémon Puzzle Challenge, with a Jynx as his Pokémon.
