Revision as of 00:38, 23 March 2009
A master list of the characters appearing in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and its sequel, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, as both games feature basically the same characters. Note that some characters (such as the Black Knight and Sephiran) appear in multiple categories due to their shifting allegiances.
Main Characters
Playable
This category does not count characters who was only playable in Path of Radiance's Trial Map mode, unless they are also playable in another game.
Lords
The characters who are listed here are listed because they are akin to lords in one or both of the games, but of them only Ike is ever actually in the Lord class.

Minor Characters
Alder
Alder is General Jarod's main lieutenant throughout Part 1 of Radiant Dawn. He saw Jarod as a "terror to work under" but at the same time he saw a kindred spirit in Jarod, leading him to serve the general with fervent loyalty. This ultimately led him to sacrifice his life for Jarod at the end of "Chapter 9: One Survives" by taking a fatal blow from The Black Knight that had been intended for Jarod. Although he had been sent to distract the Daein troops with most of the other soldiers, Alder had returned to Jarod because he preferred to fight alongside his general. In his dying words, Alder admitted his devotion to Jarod.
Anna
In these games, Anna has no storyline role. She appears only in tutorials and whenever a player suspends their game.
Amy
Amy is the young girl adopted by Calill and Largo, who have brought her up to believe that they are her birth parents. She helped her parents to run their inn. She is first seen in the "Calill's Shop" base conversation of "Chapter 2-3: Geoffrey's Charge", greeting Geoffrey when he arrived at the inn. Then in "Chapter 3-9: Marauders", when Makalov was looking for an excuse not to help Geoffrey, Amy suggested that he listen to Geoffrey. After Ashera turned most of the world into stone, Largo was among those petrified but Amy was spared. A base conversation in the final chapter suggests that Amy is actually a Branded, which is why she was spared.
Geoffrey found Amy crying along and brought her with him to the camp of the Hawk Army. There, depending on Calill's status, she was either reunited with her mother or sent to spend time with Ranulf because her mother was either in a different army or dead. Calill's ending shows that after the war, she continued running the inn with the newly revived Largo and Amy.
